Monday/Tuesday - Pep Rally

48 comments:

  1. I really enjoyed the pep rally. As a part of the band, I always enjoy marching through the halls, and then onto marching to the field house. I also enjoyed the teacher's skit they put together; its always fun to see Ms. Turner in the skits. And lastly, this year, there was a good portfolio of groups Eastern is home to, including the Dance Team, the Step Team, the Swim Team, and the Pon Pom Team/Squad/Whatever. Like I said, I really enjoyed the pep-rally. It made my day one to remember.

  2. I didn't really enjoy the pep rally--this isn't necessarily because there was anything wrong with, I just never really enjoy pep rallies. But I think it was a good idea to have the classes split up on two sides of the court. That worked out fantastically, I think.

  5. I really just don't like going to pep rallies. I feel like some of the things our school programs do make us look less than respectable. However, this isn't the case with every club. I think that splitting up the bleachers was a good idea overall.

  8. I thought that the pep rally was AWESOME. Everything was really exciting to see and I thought that spilting up the grades on both sides was a good idea too because everybody was closer to the court, but one thing that I didn't like about the split was that the teams that performed were all facing one side instead of both. ~~Morgan McCoy

  9. All the pep rallies are lame but, since it's been divided I realized that I can actually hear the darn thing! But then once I can hear the pep rally I realized it's even more Lame... -Nate C.

  12. Honestly, I didn't attend the pep-rally this year. After the first year, it all seems monotonous. Although, some people said it was worth seeing this year. Hmm.

  22. I personally enjoyed the pep rally both because it is my senior year and because i was a part of it. Splitting the classes up into different sections was a very fun idea and although i dont think many students followed directions, it should be continued. :)

  29. i didnt really enjoy the pep rally i though it was a little boring for something like that. splitting the classes was a good idea but most people would rather hang out with people then just setting the students up in a weird order.

  31. i think that the splitting up what was
good but I think that the seniors should of
been placed side by side with the juniors.
and freshmans with sophomores. but yea i kind of enjoyed the pep really could of been better though.

  34. I think the Pep Rally was kind of boring, but everything seemed to run smooth. I dont think splitting all the grades was a good idea tho because we couldnt really see much .

  37. seems like a good idea, i wasn't at the pep rally because i hate peprallies, so i can't really give a good opinion.

    ReplyDelete
  38. I didn't like the way that it was set up, the 10th and 11th graders had to look at people's butt the whole time and none of my friends enjoyed it. Other than the way it was set up it was pretty nice.

  39. I really like the pep rally , it might only be becasue I'm in band and I like marching through the halls. The set -up was okay , I was happy I was on the side with the seniors and freshman because I wouldn't have wanted to look at butts either. The pep rally seemed to go off pretty well too.

  40. I thought this pep rally was lame i was on the junior side and all we saw was peoples Butts THE WHOLE TIME!!!1

It was STUPID to split the classes if they didnt think about what people would be looking at or how everyone would enjoy it.

That was the WORST pep rally the school has held and that i have seen. STUPID

  42. I really liked the Pep rally, i thought it was pretty funny when the teachers got out on the middle of the court and danced and also when the seniors won the battle against the other classes. I like how the classes were split into 4 sections, with two on each side, dont need to change that for next year. -Ryan Gilbert

  43. I thought the pep rally was a lot better because it was split half and half. That way more people could hear and there was a lot more connection between the students and whatever was going on in the middle. I was actually able to follow what was going on.

  45. it was ok i guess, the splitting of the sections was bad, you couldnt see everything like we use to but other than that i thought it was pretty good

  46. - I thought it was pretty good. I think it went more smoother and calmly. People were actually acting mature you can say... =]

  47. The pep rally was okay, but since half of us sat on the other side of the field house, I mostly only saw the back of people.
