So i got to bed around 11:00 and get up at 5:30. I just get up, it no biggy. Ur all bunch of lazy, hormones overdosing teens.
ReplyDeleteI go to bed around 9:30/10:00 everynight not because i have to but because i dont like being really sleepy the next day! I hate it. So i try to get as much sleep as possible.

Sleeping, huh... Well it depends on how much homework i have. Lately I've stayed up until like midnight or 1:oo..all due to homework, but its either the grade or not. To get a good night sleep..I don't really know anything besides sleep longer the next day. I don't know, i never thought or even tried anything yet.

One of my tips would be to try to do all your homework when you come back from school and then when it's like 10'clock then go to sleep.

Umm yeah i get enough sleep on the weekends but on school days i try to sleep arouund 10 but somethin always comes up like cleanin, homework, etc. Well basically all you have to do is make sure ur gettin enough hours of sleep

ReplyDeleteyour son sounds alot like me,lol i go to sleep around 12 and wake up about 7 in the morning and berely make it to first hour.... all i got to say is if you wanna good sleep get cozy and play some boring music and go to sleep erlier
ReplyDeleteWell I love to sleep but sometimes I feel nocturnal...I say I get about 6-7 hours of sleep everytime or when I get home I just go to sleep. But I really don't have any advice to offer because I don't take my own advice nor the doctors advice by going to bed earlier.

ReplyDeleteListen to slow music, closin yr eyes, turn off the lights, put away distractions, deep breathing, hot tea, sleep meds., or a good meal & no junk food 3 hrs b4 u go to bed.

I TRYY to sleep around 9 or 10 and sometimes 11 but i try to take naps after school which doesn't seem to work out well because i barely have enough time to. I don't have any tips besides try to sleep when ever you possibly get a chance.

ReplyDeleteI always get enough sleep because if I'm tired I go to sleep no matter the time or place.Some nights I stay up because i have mandatory homework, but that is very rare. I usually sleep for at least 7 hours a night.

My sleep depends on the amount of homework that I get each night. If I get homework then i like to do it before i go to bed, so if there's a lot of homeowrk then i sleep late, but if there is none then I sleep early.

some of the tips i have for gettin a goodnight sleep is that you should go to sleep early and do what you have to do to function in school. if that means going to sleep earlier than usual then do it.

Well, Sometime I sleep aound 8pm or 9pm. I get up at 6am to dress up then go back to sleep for 49 mins, that mean I wake up at 6:49.
ReplyDeleteI have Insomnia. Therefore, I hardly ever sleep. Unfortunately I experience waking up every half hour almost every night. So, I keep track of what time I'm awake and so I usually don't sleep because I'm constantly thinking about the time. Basically it sucks. But when I do get a good nights sleep, it's very nice and relaxing.

I ussually go to bed between 9-10 pm just so i can get up in the morning and feel great to go to school because when i dont get enough sleep people do not wanna mess wit me because imma mean persion. but yea just get plenty of sleep and eat a good and healthy breakfast and you should not be tired.

I went to bed around 11:00 which is really bad because I'm really tired when I wake up , watching Phineas & Ferb wakes me up tho :) I'm usually very tired by the time school is over too.

well I go to bed at 10:00/ 11:00 and woke up at 6:00 A.M in the morning I don't get 8 hour sleeping sometimes but I do try to go to bed earlier so I wouldn't be tire at school and it wouldn't be hard to woke in the morning. most of the time it is very hard to woke I hate to woke in the morning and come to school. I do not get tip.I wish I did but even I don't I really don't care about it. I have money to spend and have great family could give me money any time I needed which I am very lucky.lol

ReplyDeleteI think kids our age are suppose to get around 7-9 hours of sleep, i think i get about 6. Sometimes its really hard to get to, its not that bad waking up though. I just force my body to get up and take a shower, theirs not that many techniques to do.

Every other week I suffer from insomnia. So, it's hard to say how much sleep I get. It fluctuates between 2-12 hours.
