I woke up this morning in the middle of a dream. I was backing my car up in a crowded gas station trying to put myself in position to get the next open pump. I was in a hurry and not driving very cautiously. Of course you can guess what happened next - I backed right into a Caprice Classic (the car my family drove when I was growing up) that was in my blind spot. Then the clock alarm went off.
When I woke up, I had the feeling I was trying to tell myself something through the dream.
Today's topic - what was the last dream you had that you think had a message in it for you to follow? (Extra topic .. do you think messages in dreams come from yourself, or another, more supernatural, place?)
The only dreams I have are murderous nightmares which use to bother me a lot but I learned to live with. As for a message.. well I'd rather not know it.

The last dream I had was two nights ago and was more a nightmare than a dream. I was walking along a country path nd all the sudden my angry neighboor who is like really old and mad at the world came running after me with a chain saw. Although I don't think I would have had this dream unless I hadn't watch "The Crazies' this the night before. :(

The last dream I had consisted of Mr. Richter instructing me of how to perform brain surgery and remove a brain turmor. It was an understandable dream, I suppose, since I do plan on becoming a Neurologist and Mr. Richter is one of my favorite teachers.

I believe that the dreams come from the subconsious and that since it holds the very true esscence of you it can never lie. Dreams often hold messages or what you desire and that a dream is for future shawdowing if you keep on the current track you are in. My dreams usaully contains info of taking certain paths and finding happiness... -Nate C.
ReplyDeleteI have dreams where everyone just stops stops moving. Not time but just people. As if they've given up hope and just stood there, dying. And most of my dreams are vivid and vibrant with full of colors. But like I said before, a lot of them are nightmares.
ReplyDeletethe lastest dream i had? was probably about me and my money. spending most of it on clothes and stuff, and i was freaking out. Because, i had a limit that i wanted to spend and i went over that limit. Then i woke up.

the last dream i had was about what i did over spring break and how it snowed a little thursday in Port Huron where i was. so i guess it wasnt a message it was more of a memorie.

I cant remember the last dream i thought had a meaning but something else has caught my attention. Lately i have been having deja vu but from day dreams and not completely being asleep.

ReplyDeleteFor the past seven and a half years, my sleep has been dreamless. So, I don't remember. However, I think dreams are 'transmissions' of your subconcious, which is why sometimes your dreams reflect what you had been doing that day.
ReplyDeletemost of my dreams are about being with girls i like. haha ;) but then once in awhile, my dream will be about someone i dont lik but the dream makes them seem pretty cool and i wake up thinking i should give them another chance.

ReplyDeleteMy last dream my dad was in it. He was pushing me on a swing underneath this amazing blooming tree on a hill. I told him all the things I would never tell anyone or no one. It was nice.... Its a continueing dream, so it never starts itself over, jsut back from where I woke up...

another supernatural source. They tell us what we have to know or what are true fears are but also in a way warn us.

My dreams are often very vague, and only sometimes have a general theme or plotline. I can't say I've ever had any dream that had a meaning, but I have had a dream about my near future once.
ReplyDeleteA few months ago, I had a dream that followed the events of my usually day. In the dream, in great detail, I woke up, hit my alarm, ate breakfast, went to school, sat in the hallways, then went to class. It was when I got to my first hour class when my real alarm went off.
The creepy thing was that, it went exactly like my dream said it would... [I had to do my morning routine twice, ugh]

I dont know why but it made me very upset i think its because in the dream i felt like i couldnt trust and she would cheat on me with this guy. they its switched i dont remember.

Since I have Insomnia I don't sleep much, but when I do I ALWAYS remember my dreams. Usually I analyze what they mean and wind up looking them up on Google.

Last time I dreamed I was walkin on the ocean in California the place where I always want to live oneday which I am goin there soon hopefully this summer and move there once I am done two years of college in Lansing.
