I wish I could say Success is easy, or some fairytale kind of defintion where success is anything you accomplish that you wanted to do or that you set your mind to. Being successful in your workplace, chances are the things you have to do to be successful aren't going to be things you want to do. Success is sometimes easy to obtain, but if it is easy, then its not worth it. once you're where you want to be and everything that you want to be in order is in order, then you'll be successful in your eyes, and maybe in others eyes too, it just depends on what is more important to you.

Success is defined in various ways, one of those type words. Only you can define your own success. My K-8th grade school motto was EFFORT=SUCCESS, and I used to be that kid that would say "blah..blahh" I always wanted to be successful, and it was always such a defensive topic, but I never really implied the whole "effort=success" technique, but in my opinion its 100% valuable! You can't get anywhere unless you try.
Success is overcoming any and every obstacle in the way of you reaching your goals. It can also simply be improving your skills and/or character in the process you trying to reach them, not completely achieving your ultimate goals.
Success is not the found atop the mountain you have climbed. Success is the bird that sings your song as you march along the hills and the wind at your back spurring you on your journey. Success for some is found at the bottom of a glass and for others it is written in the sky in stars and clouds... Success for me is none of these things because I'm a pretty simple man. For me success just means not failing and holding the line.
